The most critical time of needing support for most new parents is within the first six weeks after birth. Holistic Innovations help to combat serious issues many new mothers face when not having support, such as postpartum depression and sleep deprivation.

PACKAGES
A full, inclusive package is available for mothers, including birth and postpartum support, prenatal sessions, birth education courses, breastfeeding support (lactation counseling), and 40 hours of postpartum care. Additional items to be considered: overnight doula (minimum of 8 hours), day doula (4-hour minimum), 16-24 hour care (live-in doula/nanny option) and additional sessions for pregnancy or postpartum care sessions.
